Penthouse is close to Restaurants and shopping. You’ll love it because of the location, the Million Dollar amazing views, the ambiance, Short walk to miles of beaches. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and big groups. Relax and enjoy the 9 person whirlpool at the Top Penthouse Terrace. We have changed our Cancellation Policy to be more flexible due to Covid-19.

The space
RECEIVE 10% DISCOUNT ON 7 DAYS AND OVER STAYS. STAYS 15 DAYS AND OVER ARE NEGOTIABLE. LOW SEASON FOR AS LOW AS $292.50 PER NIGHT. MAY REQUEST CONTRACT TO BE SIGNED, $40,000 Colombian Pesos ($12.00 U.S.D APPROX.) CONDOMINIUM REGISTRATION FEE AND A $150.00 U.S.D OR ($250,000 COL PESOS) REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF THE CHECK IN AND GIVEN BACK AT THE CHECKOUT IN THE SAME FORM AS IT WAS PAID.$45 FINAL CLEANING FEE

Guests to be of legal age to Register (18 Years old in Colombia and Colombians also have to have a Cedula). If Parents are traveling with minors (under 18 years old) to be accompanied by the parents, if not to have a notarized letter stating that they can travel/ stay with the Adult registering. All Minors must also be accompanied by an Adult while inside the Penthouse. There are rules like most other Condominium Complexes. If you have a specific question please inquire.

Los huéspedes deben ser mayores de edad para alojarse en nuestra propiedad (18 años en Colombia y tener un documento de identidad valido, como pasaporte, cedula o licencia de conducir). Si los padres viajan con menores de edad, deben tener el certificado de nacimiento donde se especifique la relacion con el menor. Si los menores de edad van acompanados con adultos que no son los padres, deben tener una carta notariada donde se especifique que estan autorizados para viajar y tomar cuenta del menor o en su defecto el documento legal que los autoriza como tutores del menor.
Ningun menor de edad esta autorizado para quedarse dentro del apartamento sin la supervision de un adulto responsable.
Hay reglas como la mayoría de los otros complejos de condominios. Si tiene una pregunta específica, estamos aqui para aclararla con todo gusto.

Absolutely Incredible - 10/10!!!

The place was breathtaking. The view was beautiful, it was clean, there were clean sheets and towels, there was WiFi, and Fernando was communicative, gracious, and always available for assistance. I can’t reiterate enough how amazing the property was. When we arrived, transportation was waiting. When there was a hiccup regarding payment, Fernando appeased it and went the extra mile to resolve it. Worried about checking in and language barriers? The property manager was there to assist. Worried about safety? There are multiple bolts on the door and a safe in the home. Taxis? Easy to get from right outside the building. Afraid of getting sick? Half my group became ill, and the stores and pharmacies in the area were within 2 mins walking distance AND Fernando offered to help. Dirty dishes? Maid service available along with fresh fruits upon arrival. It cost us $8k-$12k pesos (about $3-$4 USD) to get to the old city and the beach is within a 3 min walk. Absolutely amazing and I wish every host and property was amazing as this one.
Amazing Rental!

This review is better late than never. We stayed here for one week and enjoyed how spacious it is, the host is very responsive as well. We were close to the beach, it was easy to catch a taxi. The washer and dryer was a great convenience that we didn't even think we needed. The views are amazing and this place is well worth it!

I will like to start by saying this place is one of the best I’ve stayed in Colombia! The staff and owner are very reliable and fast responding. The chef was wonderful as well highly recommended and taxis are outside once you step out the doors. Thank you once again I will be back very soon!

Fernando and Sandra provided exceptional service and follow up with inquiries from the beginning of the process of renting the condo, helping to coordinate the maid and cook services and everything in between. They were the perfect hosts.

The condo and balcony views were breathtakingly beautiful. The jacuzzi was a perfect finish to our day of exploring The Old City. Our housekeeper/cook was a great help and always accommodating. She even washed clothes snd ironed when needed. Every evening we had a great meal that was topped off with a different homemade juice. Our favorite was the juego de lulo! Fernando and hus team made our first trip to Colombia memorable.

What a wonderful and beautiful property!! The pictures provided by the owners cannot justify the true beauty you and your family will encounter. This awesome panoramic view will dazzle your senses Into euphoria. The view is absolutely stunning. The rooms are so clean and confortable. The place have all the amenities that you need. We will definitely coming back, this will be definitely the place we will stay when we come back to Cartagena. Fernando y Sandra were so helpful.
